National Nurses Day is a special day to honour and celebrate the contributions of nurses across the UK. The day is celebrated on Florence Nightingale’s birth anniversary on 12th May every year. The special day was chosen by the International Council of Nurses and has been observed officially since 1974.

We would like to celebrate our Lady McAdden nurses today.

They are what makes our charity unique, different and special. Our nurses are at the heart of everything we do.
