We are delighted to have 4 runners taking part in the London Marathon and the Virtual Marathon this weekend.
Married couple Doris and Robert have supported Lady McAdden for many years, running at lots of events and raising funds along the way. They will be pounding the pavements of Southend in the Virtual event on Sunday. Please look out for them both in their bright pink LM running tops. Give them a wave, or honk your horn in support

Caroline will also by taking part in the virtual event, this will be her very first marathon. You may recognise her as one half of the dinosaur duo that were fundraising through the summer. Caroline is also a Bluetit swimmer and took part in their fundraising event earlier in the year. She will also be easily recognisable running in her bright pink LM top.

Dawn is another of our long time supporters and fundraisers. She will be running in London for us on Sunday. Dawn has competed before and is in competition with herself to improve her time. Along with Caroline, Dawn makes up the other half of the dino duo and also arranged the very successful Bluetit Swimming event earlier this year.
