Your support means everything to us, however big or small.
Lady McAdden is a small charity serving it’s community with breast cancer awareness and support services. We receive no government or NHS funding, meaning we solely rely on donations and fundraising to keep going.
There are a number of different ways you can get involved to help Lady McAdden, from donating your time, attending our events, or organising your own fundraising events.

Our Events
At Lady McAdden we are proud to organise a variety of fundraising events that bring our local community together to support those affected by breast cancer. Every event is an opportunity for friends, families, or businesses to unite in a common goal — raising funds to provide crucial support services for those battling breast cancer in our local community.
Our events range from retreat days, children’s events, and community fairs to luncheons, wellbeing events and social gatherings. These events not only raise much-needed funds but also help to raise awareness of our charity and the work that we do.
The funds raised through these events go directly towards helping people locally with breast cancer awareness and specialist nurse appointments, as well as helping to expand our services to provide more support to women facing breast cancer.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and passion of our volunteers. Volunteers come in many forms, and each person’s contribution is invaluable in helping us provide vital support to those affected by breast cancer. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to make a more long-term commitment, there are many ways you can get involved.

How to Get Started

Please note that as part of the volunteer process, we ask that you complete a full application form. We may also require references and a DBS check, particularly if you will have direct contact with vulnerable individuals. Don’t worry — we handle all the contacting and ensure the process is straightforward for you.
