Lady McAdden nurses will be attending a Health Awareness Day at The Puzey Family Practice, Southwell House, Back Lane, Rochford SS4 1AY.

Our nurses will be on hand to discuss breast health and how to check your breasts.

The surgery will be offering information and guidance to visitors no matter which GP surgery you belong to.
