A day to breathe, connect and simply be yourself.
If breast cancer has touched your life through a family or friend, or perhaps you have had or are living with breast cancer, join us for a welcoming day of laughter, creativity, relaxation and meaningful connection with others who understand.
With fun, accessible movement and creative sessions to help bring the energy, connection and fun alongside a counsellor-led group reflection session, the day will be an opportunity for you to meet others who may have had a similar experience as well as offering you the chance to process and reflect on what you’ve been through. The day will also feature a beautiful sound bath helping you to relax and unwind.
Lunch, snacks and refreshments will be included.
Sessions will be accessible for all abilities, no experience necessary and all materials or equipment will be provided.
This event is fully funded by Bright Sparks, which enables us to offer this for FREE! Why not bring a friend, everyone is welcome!
All we ask that you pay a refundable deposit of £5 to secure your space. This will be refunded back to you once you attend the retreat.
